Robert B. Hines, II Rob is a lifelong resident of Lee County, Virginia.  He graduated from Jonesville High School in 1985 and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with honors from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1990.  After deciding to attend law school, Rob graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1994.  After passing the bar exam that summer, Rob began a one-year Federal Court Clerkship with United States Magistrate Judge Cynthia Kinser.  Rob is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  He is a member of the Virginia State Bar Association, the Lee County Bar Association and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. In 2003, Rob opened Hines Law Office, PLC with a focus on representation of injured and disabled persons. Rob currently resides in  the Town of Jonesville with his wife, Rebecca Riggs Hines, an elementary school teacher at Flatwoods Elementary School, daughter, Alexandra Ellen Hines, and their Pomeranian, Scooter Hines. Naomi Rutledge Spivey Naomi attended Flatwoods High School in Jonesville, Virginia and received her Organizational Management degree from Virginia Intermont College in Bristol, Virginia.  She has been a legal assistant for over twenty years and is very familiar with disability, family, personal injury, workers' compensation and real estate law. Naomi is married to Dale Spivey (owner of Jonesville Heating & Cooling).  They have one daughter, Melissa Spivey, and reside in the Town of Jonesville.
